Dear Dive Family:

Since the mid 70's I have been involved in instruction and management at Adventure Sports/Scuba Ventures. My wife, Max, and I are excited to be the owners of Scuba Ventures. You can expect us to maintain the shop as an SSI flagship Platinum Pro Facility. The dive leaders are all committed to giving the 10 STAR training and service on which you can rely.

Mission Statement

Scuba equipment varies greatly in quality and design function. You are paying for the ability of the dive professional to choose the proper size, plus the skill to fit the equipment to you.

The equipment is only a physical product. You are actually paying for the ability of the dive professional to help the diver select the right type of equipment based on his/her needs.

You are paying for the dive professional's ability and willingness to recognize the reasons for any problems that may occur. He/she must have the skill to correct these problems.

If you cannot dive comfortably in the equipment purchased at Adventure Sports L.L.C. dba Scuba Ventures, we will gladly exchange it for you or refund your purchase price including the tax.

There have been many dive shops open and close in the area over these many years since our Grand Opening in 1969. Will the dive business selling the equipment, lessons, travel, service still be there in 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years later? If not, who will service your equipment? Having trained over 12,000 divers, we strive to be "Second to None."

We try to accomplish all of the above. We are human and sometimes fail, but an honest effort will always be made. If you can find all of the above at a lower price, we would fully understand your reluctance to pay our price, only asking that we are given a chance to explain the "added value " that comes with each item purchased.
